Promote excellent customer service by answering patron questions, understands all marketing & property information and rendering general assistance when necessary.Assist customers with gaming machines where necessary and also provides directions, general information upcoming events and assists with Slot operation and services.Safeguard company assets and gaming keys.Render general assistance to gaming players and forwards complaints to management as necessary.
The Slot Ambassador is responsible for trouble shooting and assisting guests with their slot machine issues and performs repair minor gaming machine malfunctions.
